Outpatient Consultation is an appointment in a hospital or clinic but do not need to stay overnight.

Date: June 15, 2023 - Thursday, 11:26 PM

This is my out-patient consultation at Global Care Medical Center of Laguna in June 13, 2023 - Tuesday, when I was on sick leave.

Here's the process:

1.) I enter inside the hospital

2.) I go to the information desk to ask about my concern in check-up of myself about my colds and cough

3.) Information desk guide me and give a paper written the prescribed doctor

4.) Since, I'm using a health card (MediCard) information desk requested me to request approval (LOA) from HMO provider (MediCard)

5.) I go to the HMO personnel and make transaction, and after some interview, they approved my HMO provider

6.) HMO personnel guide me and give a paper written the HMO approval and proceed to the doctor's office

7.) I go to the doctor's receptionist and give the paper and make transactions

8.) Since we are many out-patients, I wait my name to be roll called and proceed to doctor's office

9.) Then my name is called and I proceed and enter to the doctor's office

10.) The doctor ask me a few questions about my symptoms and make some test like inhale exhale, body temperature and blood pressure

11.) Then he make analysis about his investigation and make prescription written in a paper with his sign

12.) I follow his guide and proceed
